Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
As a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). Desert Reserve does not sell or share your personal information — but the right to opt out exists, and we honor it.
The short version
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not need you to opt out of practices we don't engage in — but you can submit a formal request below if you want one on file.
What "sale" and "sharing" mean under California law
Under the CCPA/CPRA, a "sale" includes any exchange of personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration. "Sharing" specifically refers to disclosure for cross-context behavioral advertising, regardless of payment.
Desert Reserve does neither. We do not have advertising trackers on this site, we do not exchange your data for value, and we do not participate in lead-generation marketplaces.
What we do collect and use

- Information you submit through forms (contact, tour requests, NDAs, market-report subscriptions)
- Anonymous analytics through Google Analytics 4 (page views, traffic source, device type)
- Strictly necessary session cookies
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and (if applicable) sell or share
- Request a copy of the specific pieces of personal information we have about you
- Request deletion of your personal information
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information
- Opt out of any sale or sharing (we don't do either, but the right is yours)
- Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights
Submit a request
Email info@laquintarealestate.com with the subject line "CCPA Request" and tell us:
- Your full name
- The email address(es) you've used with us
- Which right you want to exercise (know / copy / delete / correct / opt out)
- Confirmation that you are a California resident
We respond within 45 days, as required by law. We may need to verify your identity before processing certain requests.
Authorized agents
You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We will require written authorization signed by you and verification of the agent's identity.
Notice for residents of other states
If you reside in Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, or another state with a comprehensive privacy law, you have similar rights under your state's law. We extend the same response process to all U.S. residents regardless of state of residence.
