Andalusia opened in 2005 and continues to release new product in phases. The Rees Jones course is widely considered the best-conditioned in the valley. Homes are mostly Spanish/Mediterranean architectural — though more recent phases have introduced contemporary product.
Estate Collection (custom), Villas (semi-custom), and casitas. Newer phases offer contemporary architectural alongside the original Mediterranean.
